Divine law as interpreted by the Anglican Church in the 1600s meant taxing Quakers for fornication because they could not be married in the Anglican Church. It was Divine Law being enforced in Virginia.
Give some ignorant self-righteous fanatic like Kim Davis power, and she goes power-mad and cloaks herself in religiosity.
And one after another the Republican candidates bow down and worship the false idol with her.
