Jeb!Boy explains the exclamation point on Colbert. Oh, that's what it's supposed to convey!
“I’ve been using ‘Jeb!’ since 1994,” Bush said. “It connotes excitement.”
And I thought it was like a lazy question mark stretched out flat for a nap.
