Richard Costner at Wounded Knee--things you really wish your cousins had not done

 

For gallantry in the Wounded Knee affair, the president has awarded certificates of merit to Nathan Tellman, Richard Costner and William Goodwood, privates of the Seventh cavalry. He has also directed that the pay of these men be increased $2 a month.
