Good thing we got here 20 years ago! In 1997 & 1998 we looked at the map and decided that we could not return to Los Angeles and there was no hope of buying in San Diego or San Francisco. Nor was there any hope of buying in Santa Barbara or Carmel. What there was, was SLO County, especially the foggy out of the way Morro Bay.
