Jeb!Boy Faltering, Says a Headline
His older brother is supposed to be the high functioning moron. Yet Jeb!Boy is quoted as having introduced himself by saying, "I'm Jeb!, with an exclamation point." No, not even a comma. Maybe a set of ellipsis dots.
