I DID NOT WATCH THE CLEVELAND CONVENTION. I could not afford to watch what I knew from walking by headlines was vile. I missed Flynn's leading the chant LOCK HER UP, LOCK HER UP. I missed until You Tube today his pronunciation of "SHEEE"--the pronunciation of a sexist so enraged that a woman might be president that he drew the word out as if it were obscene. So yesterday the judge put the right word out there: TREASON. Once you put the word out there, it reverberates, and you begin reflecting on it. I am overjoyed to learn today that outside the courthouse were people chanting, LOCK HIM UP, LOCK HIM UP. Did any human being ever deserve to have his own vile words hurled back at him?
