Melville's The Confidence-Man Sweeps the Ambitious French Elite--Those with Equivalents of US Master's Degrees Already
An official announcement:
I am delighted to say that, with the publication of the official "programme", all has now been revealed. (I had been told by the chairwoman of the committee that the announcement would be made at the end of April but it appeared on 5 April). Congratulations to Hershel Parker and Mark Niemeyer on the selection by the Jury d'Agregation of The Confidence-Man as one of the principal titles for this year's Agregation!
Something will follow . . . .
