James Monroe Costner and Ida Lucille Costner
My mother's uncle? More likely her first cousin of the same name.
This is a picture of my Grandparents. My Father was James Monroe Costner III. It is only the second picture I have seen of him and the first picture I have seen of her. I would love to see more if you have them. Thanks for posting this.
