When the only whites in what became Port Arthur, Texas were my Sparks Cousins
So from 1957 to 1959 I was night telegrapher in Port Arthur and went to Lamar in Beaumont in the day with no one kin to me anywhere around, I assumed, and no connection to the area.
Wrong.
