Kamala Harris for Interim California Senate Seat--it sounds crazy but it would break log jams for Biden and Newsom

Biden to chose a younger man as replacement vice president and someone to run with in 2024.
Newsom (having kept his promise) free to do whatever he thinks is smartest.
