First cousin Clay Costner obituary. Almost all the many cousins are gone now.
HIS FATHER, ELBERT, WAS SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS IN POTEAU. I THINK THERE IS STILL A "COSTNER STADIUM" THERE.
