Louisiana and Texas
For anyone, but especially anyone who has lived in Calcasieu Parish and Jefferson County, this is heartbreaking. I don't know what it's like in Escobas and Hebbronville, but in Port Arthur and Beaumont it is worse than Rita, by far, it seems from here. Audrey, wasn't it, in 1957, when snakes were dripping from trees. I don't think that can compare to this 2017 disaster.
